‘Eden Lang’ Langeveldt is the beautiful fresh face of a new, hopeful, positive Zimbabwe.
A Pop singer/songwriter and Visual artist with an eclectic and truly original style of expressing the music of her growing life. Eden performs her original songs as well as animates Music videos for herself and other artists, using various software 2d and 3d animation software.

Eden is a digital native, and along with the music in her veins, other creative arts run strongly in parallel, and she is way ahead in the animation and the creation of music-based content, for a myriad of needs – education, Church youth, music videos, Animated Commercials and short stories.

At 28 the Pop singer/songwriter emerges from a background of colourful music in a very musical family, and her repertoire ranges from to Soul, RnB and Rock, with beautiful ballads and music of her own, influenced strongly by revered songwriters of an older time – Amy Grant, Tracy Chapman and Norah Jones. Her song list is a delightful selection of favourite covers, as well as her own originals.

After a few years of volunteering as a missionary and travelling the world, including Italy, Zambia and South Africa, Eden returned home and back to her first love of Recording Music and Character animation. Her public performances include private events, Restaurants, Corporate events, and Church.
Inspired by her Christian faith, Eden's music contains messages close to her heart such as poverty, domestic violence and women empowerment, as well as expressions of her walk with God. In performing with local NGOs she has had the chance to express some of the issues facing her generation. She has performed at the Shoko Festival, Alliance Francais, and many other places. Through soaring melodies, dreamy guitars and emotive raw and honest lyrics Eden explores issues of heartbreak, social justice, self-discovery, and triumph over pain.

Her songs such as “Rivers Flow,” “Okay,” and “Possible” include messages of hope, identity, finding your truth and staying strong through hard times.
